I have some kind of unusual job. Meeting other co-workers is rare because we all work in the fields and never meet. A few days ago, my fieldwork and hers got cancelled, so we both found other work to do to get the hours. We ended up meeting that day and working on something together for the whole day. We got to know each other. Come find out that we share the exact same mindset and beliefs in everything. I won’t reveal too many details about that, but know that we have very unusual and unpopular beliefs about just about everything. Every time one of us mentioned something, the other would gape in disbelief and say something like “is this really happening?”. We probably brought up 30 different topics that day and had the same thoughts on each of them. It seems that fate brought us together that day. If both of our projects hadn’t been canceled that day, we very well might never have met. She revealed a lot of personal information that day as well. She surprised me that she revealed so much. After that day, we’ve been texting from time to time… basically carrying on some of the conversations we had initially. However, he ends up stopping texting, after a few exchanges. I’m not sure if she feels the same as me. I would love to keep getting to know her and see if anything happens. I’ve been out of the dating game for many years, so I’m extremely rusty. Does anyone have any good advice on how to proceed with this situation? Feel free to ask for more details and I will do my best to answer. Tl;Dr: very nice I met my soul mate at work the other day. Just looking for advice for a guy who has been out of the dating game for many years on how to proceed! Any suggestion or recommendation?
